Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made before January 7, 2024:
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made before January 7, 2024. The refunded amount will be processed using the original method of payment.

Cancellation made between January 8, 2024, and February 7, 2024:
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made between January 8, 2024, and the commencement of the event. The cancellation fee will apply, and the registration fee will not be refunded.

Please note:

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected] before the stipulated cancellation dates.
Any transfers can be accommodated until February 7 without incurring a cancellation fee.
